Justice - American style

Three Guantanamo inmates commit suicide and, rightly so, the authorities investigate how it happened. Are they also investigating why it happened? Early statements by the U.S. gov. said the triple suicide was a propoganda stunt. But buried in the following Washington Post story is a clue to another reason why the suicides might have taken place.
The discovery of the papers "indicated the passing of materials and messages between detainees and that some level of planning or coordination of the suicides had taken place" because two of the men had never been visited by attorneys, yesterday's filing says. The three detainees used torn bedsheets and clothing to hang themselves, military officials have said.
Someday, this U.S. approach to justice is going to blow up in that country's face.
